Dra. Diana Ivette Aparicio Bautista
Investigador en Ciencias Médicas C
Es Bióloga, egresada de la Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana-Xochimilco. Posteriormente, realizó estudios de Maestría y Doctorado con la especialidad en Biología Celular en el Departamento de Biología Celular en el CINVESTAV-Zacatenco. Realizó una estancia de investigación doctoral durante un año en el Department of Biology, College of Staten Island (CUNY), New York, United States.
Actualmente, es Investigadora en Ciencias Médicas C en el laboratorio de Genómica del Metabolismo Óseo, en el Instituto Nacional de Medicina Genómica. Forma parte del Sistema Nacional de Investigadoras e Investigadores Nivel I. Ha publicado 28 artículos de investigación y 1 capítulo de libro.
Las líneas de investigación en las que participa son:
- Búsqueda de biomarcadores tempranos con un enfoque proteómico para el diagnóstico de osteoporosis en mujeres postmenopáusicas.
- Efecto de los patrones dietarios en la microbiota intestinal de individuos portadores de variantes en los genes PNPLA3, TM6SF2 y MBOAT7 y su impacto en el desarrollo de enfermedad hepática esteatósica asociada a disfunción metabólica (MASLD).
- Efecto de los campos electromagnéticos sobre la neurodegeneración en modelos in vitro e in vivo.
